seems to be getting better

well the medicine seems to be working, so far on Marshalls ear infection. he has been less cranky today,which as anyone you has kids knows, that if baby is happy than mama is happy and then no one is happy. i cant believe how long it took for them to get it right, one doctor said this one doctor said that, man i think over the weekend my son had everything known to man. for something simple as a ear infection, at least it was simple thank God. has anyone felt so overwhelmed like everything was sitting on your shoulders ? like when i look at marshall, isee the future and it may sound cheesy but i wonder if he going to change the world, or be awful, and knowing that wither or not he is good or bad mostly rest on me and how i raise him. and then there is the post pregancy weight, i cant seem to loose the rest of it, i am stuck. i havent gained but i havent lost the rest. i have only a few left to go, and it is frustrating. well i need to go the little is starting to wake up

sick baby

well since friday, my son has been running fever of about 102-104, i apent all weekend at doctors office and urgent care, they told me he was teething, but come to find out he has a really bad ear infection, so now he is on medication and seems to be a little bit better at least his fever broke and has stayed broke for more htan 1 hour. but now he has a bad rash on his leg , the doctor said that it was from the heat of his fever. all i know is that i am looking forward to getting some sleep, but i cant really cause i do still have to get up to take care of another baby, and house work on top of it all. i have never been this tired in my life. i think i should just get a coffee iv put in , does anyone have any advise on energy products. red bull will only go so far, and gregory is getting ready to leave and i am going to be by myself for a little bit. and i also think that i could be getting sick. i have been running ragged for almost 3 months now, with gregory surgery doctors then he was put back into the hospital with dehyfrationa nd low potassium, and now marshall being sick and 5 days and nights with little to no sleep. i am rapidly running out of gas. and now i am more than likely going to have to move out of my house, for the problems keep mounting with my home. goodness when did i break that mirror.hahahahaha. well marshall has fallen asleep and so is the little girl that i am taking care of so i am going to see if i can take a nap.

He said Mama

He did it my son Marshall finally said Mama, he also says the words "baba", "nanna","nuk", and I think he said water last night when I was giving him he bath. Gregory said that he wants him to say daddy now instead of "adad". I think that he says alot more than Gregory wants to acknowledge since I am with him all day, everyday. And I think like most mothers we can understand things that most men or others can't. I can't remember a without him, and with God's grace I will never have to be without him again. Like the other day my friend took care of Marshall for about 30 mintues, the house was so quite without his toys going off , or his talking and laughing, or the cartoons that he likes; I found myself actually not wanting it to be that quite ever again. And just the day before I found myself begging for 2 mintues of peace and quite. Isn't it funny. Now Marshall is getting to the stage where if he is quite too long something is going on, like last night I was cooking dinner, and i heard Marshall playing (daddy was supposed to be in there) then nothing so I put down what I was doing,went into the living room and he had opened the movie door and was pulling all the dvd's out. I thought that he was to young to be able to open doors. I guess not.

sometimes i wonder why?

today i found myself wondering, why things feel so crazy sometimes. like today marshall was in great mood until we get vistors, navy housing, oh by the way we have a massive! fire ant problem, so for whatever reason marshall gets upset, then it takes me a few mintues to get him calm, then kyzir goes crazy on me. then everything was calm for about 45 min, then the doorbell ring again: it was pest controll with a big ruogh looking dude. i am trying not be judgemental, but this HUGE guys looks at kyzir a 11 week old puppy and about jumps onto the hood of my car, so then the dog starts barking and marshall screams since ky scared him with his sudden barking. i get the dog in his cage, teel the guy he can come down from my car. then they put 2 big holes in my hall and my bedroom and strayed poison down in the walls and on the carpet and told me to keep the dog and baby away from it until it drys, yeah good luck on that one, i just dont see how they can spray something toxic with pets and a child inside.but any way enough about my trying day, marshall is now trying to stand from a sitting postion, he looks like a "a" he can also now pull himself up the rails of his crib, and today he found that he can different pitches when he cries so now he goes up an octive when he cries, parenthood is so fun and rewarding but boy is it torchure on your eardrums.

well one more day older for marshall, i am not meaning to sound rude but does it only get worse? marsahall is pulling up on things,touching things, whining, having to be up my tosh, he screams whenever i leave the room to go to the bathroom, he doesnt want to eat unless it is baby food, he fights going to sleep to the point of scremaimg tantrumes. i am at the point of pulling my hair out. so if anyone has any words of wisdom, advise, please email me at aimeepettit@yahoo.com, or call my cell phone at 803-979-4770 thank you

marshall is getting bigger

Well Marshall is now 6 1/2 months old now, it's hard to think that it has already been that long. Marshall is crawling but only backwards, he also is starting to talk he says "adad" "amom" " anuk" and when he wants a bottle he does this thing with his lips and says "anums"and when he has had his full he presses his lips together and growles at me. He is growing up so fast. Evertbody told to cherish the times when he is little cause he will grow so fast, man they didnt lie. Oh yeah and Marshall has a bad temper, he doesnt get mad very often but when he gets mad watch out. i do understand though why mom did some of things she did and things she said, i found myself saying something toMarshall that my mom would have said to me when i was younger. I have gotten some pictures taken i waiting for them to come back from the studio. We are hoping to make it home for Christmas , but we are getting transfered around that time , but that can chage at any time. Well my moma's boy is crying I need to go tend to him, and he is a BIG moma's boy. Talk to everyone later
